For the (HL330W), it can be applied to all kind of liquid/semi-liquid/large size granule products of different industries ,they are often welded together with doy bag to form stand up pouch with corner spout with a capacity of 4liter-5liter or 4kg-5kg.

1.This item of spout cap is suitable for high acidity and alkalinity liquid beverage, chemical products, detergent and home care products etc liquid/semi-liquid/large size granule products.

2.This spout and cap can be only supplied a pre-tightened state, meaning that the spout and cap is pre-tightened together by the automatic capping machine.

3.To use, pour and dispense these product from the 33 mm spout opening; If there is a foil seal upon the spout opening, remove it before use. when not in use, tighten the cap.

4.When the contents are high acidity and alkalinity products, the PE is a modified material; when the contents are food and beverage like ketchup, sauce and etc products , the PE is a material that can withstand hot filling at 100 degrees Celsius.but If there is a foil seal upon the spout opening,it cannot withstand pasteurization at 90 degrees Celsius.

5.This spout and caps are only compatible with stand up pouch with corner spout.
