Introduction

For the HL-TA, it can be applied to all kind of laminated packaging to powdery products of different  industries ,they are oftenheat sealed together with stand up bag or bottom gusset bag with a capacity of 5g to 5kg.

1.Purpose: Allow CO2 to escape from roasted coffee while preventing air (oxygen) and contaminants from entering, preserving freshness and preventing package swelling.

2.Type: One-way (check) valve — typically valve body + membrane. Common designs: 1-way diaphragm, multi-chamber, and needle-pierceable valves.

3.Materials: Plastic housing (polypropylene, polyethylene), silicone or thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) membrane/filter; some include small felt or nonwoven filter layers.

4.Flow rate / cracking pressure: Low cracking pressure so CO2 exits easily (often <50–100 mbar). Specific flow depends on valve design and membrane thickness.

5.Filtration: Some valves include a porous filter layer to block particulates and oils; pore sizes typically in the micrometer range depending on material.

6.Orientation & mounting: Surface-mounted or heat-sealed into bag film; recommended placement on bag front near top third. Requires correct orientation (outlet faces external).

7.Compatibility with packaging: Designed for laminated films (PET/AL/PE, PP, etc.). Heat-sealable flange or adhesive backing for retrofit.

8.Size: Common diameters ≈ 6–14 mm (external); selection depends on degassing rate and bag size.
