Introduction

For the (HL160F), it is widely applied to the personal care(such as:cleasing milk for face, body lotion) and food condiment(tomato sauce, peanut butter),they are often welded together with the stand up bag to form top spout doypack with a capacity of 500gram- 1000 gram.

1.This item of spout cap is suitable for personal care and food condiment products, such as personal care like hand cream/lotion, face cleasing milk, body lotion, and shampoo, shower gels & body wash, and food condiment  products like tomato sauce, peanut butter, chilli sauce etc.

2.This spout and cap can be only supplied a pre-tightened state, meaning that the spout and cap is pre-tightened together by the automatic capping machine.

3.To use, squeeze the main body of the packaging bag to dispense these product from the flip top cap; when not in use, closed the flip top cap.

4. When the contents are personal care products, spout and caps can be made of PP(Polypropylene) material to enhance their acid and alkali resistance.; when the contents are food condiment products, they are made of PE(polyethylene),which is a material that can withstand hot filling at 100 degrees Celsius.

5.This spout and caps are only compatible with top spout doypack.

How can the flip spout caps for peanut butter (HL160F) be assembled into a top spout doypack?

Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished top spout doypack(spout and cap can be only at a pre-tightened state).
