Introduction

For the (HL160D), it can be applied to all kind of liquid or semi-liquid products of different industries ,they are often welded together with doypacks pouch to form spout pack bag with a capacity of 1liter-3liter.

1.This item of spout cap is suitable for juice and beverage, food condiment, personal care and hygiene, cosmetics, chemical products, detergent and home care products etc liquid or semi-liquid products.

2.The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3.To use, squeeze the main body of the packaging bag to dispense/pour these product from the 16 mm spout opening; when not in use, tighten the cap.

4.When the contents are cosmetic products/personal care and hygiene products/chemical products/detergent and home care products, the PE is a modified material; when the contents are food and beverage products, the PE is a material that can withstand hot filling at 100 degrees Celsius and pasteurization at 90 degrees Celsius.

5.This spout and caps are only compatible with corner spout stand up pouch.

6.This spout and cap (HL160D) has all the same functions as (HL160D-A), but there are two differences: (1) the shape of the cap is different; (2) the molds for these two models are completely different.

How can the doypack detergent cap with spout (HL160D) be assembled into a spout pack bag?

Method 1: Weld to a doypacks pouch and assemble into a pre-made spout pack bag(spout and cap can be at a separated or pre-tightened state).

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished spout pack bag(spout and cap can be only at a pre-tightened state).
