1. This item of spout and cap is specifically designed for cosmetics like liquid mascara. The spout has an inner diameter opening of 7mm, and the plastic screw cap includes an injection-molded plastic rod with a eyelash brush attached.

2. The spout and cap can be only supplied a pre-tightened state, meaning that the spout and cap is pre-tightened together by the automatic capping machine.

3. When using, squeeze the main body of the packaging bag to dispense the liquid mascara onto the brush, then pull the plastic screw cap out of the spout opening. When not in use, insert the plastic screw cap into the spout opening and tighten the cap.

4. PE(polyethylene) is a modified material when the contents are cosmetics. If the contents are highly acidic or alkaline cosmetics, PP (polypropylene) material can be used to enhance its acid and alkali resistance.
