1.This item of spout cap is suitable for cosmetic or beverage products, such as cosmetics like hand cream/lotion, face cream, body lotion, and liquid masks, and food beverage products like chocolate sauce, energy gel, juice etc.

2The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3.When using, the consumer can rotate it backwards (breaking the anti-tampering ring) and open the cap, dispensing these products as needed from the 7mm spout opening by squeezing the pouch body. When not in use, twist the cap tightly to close.

4.When the contents are cosmetic products, the PE is a modified material; when the contents are food and beverage products, the PE is a material that can withstand hot filling at 100 degrees Celsius.In addition to PE(polyethylene), spout and caps can also be made of PP(Polypropylene) material to enhance their acid and alkali resistance.

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished nozzle pouch
