Dia 9.6mm sport drinks spout closure, beverage fitment for pouches and doypack cap

Introduction

For the (HL096D-B), it is specifically applied to sports beverage drinks industry, they are often matched sports beverage cap type-B and welded together with stand up pouches to form stand up pouch top spout with a capacity of 250ml- 750ml.

1.This item of spout cap is suitable for sports drinks beverage products, such as hypotonic, isotonic, and hypertonic etc.

2.The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3.To use, squeeze the main body of the packaging bag to dispense/pour/suck these product from the 9.6 mm spout opening; when not in use, tighten the cap.

4.When the content is a general sports drink, the PE is ordinary PE; when the content is a special drink (like Red Bull), the PE is modified PE.

5.This spout and caps are only compatible with stand up pouch top spout.

6.This sports beverage cap type-B can be freely matched with the spout of the following three models: (HL096D)/(HL096D-A)/(HL096D-C).

How can the beverage fitment for pouches and doypack cap (HL096D-B) be assembled into a stand up pouch top spout?

Method 1: Weld to a stand up pouches and assemble into a pre-made stand up pouch top spout(spout and cap can be only at a separated state).

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished stand up pouch top spout(spout and cap can be only at a pre-tightened state).
