1. These spout and caps are custom-made for products like babies food and pet food, such as baby fruit puree, children yogurt, and other baby/children's foods, as well as pet meat puree and other pet foods.

2. The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3. To use, squeeze the main body of the packaging bag to suck/pour/dispense these product from the 8.6 mm spout opening; when not in use, tighten the choke-proof cap.

4. This item of choke-proof cap type-A can be freely combined with the spout of liquid food pouch fitment (HL086D)/stand up pouches spout and fruit pouch caps (HL086S).

Method 1: Weld to a flexible packaging pouch and assemble into a pre-made spouted bag

precondition:①spout and cap at a separated state/4 side seal pouch or pouch doypack

②spout and cap at a pre-tightened state/4 side seal pouch

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished spouted bag
