Introduction

For the HL013W, it is widely applied to the personal care and cosmetic products,they are often welded together with 4 side seal sachets or sachet doypack to form small spout sachet with a capacity of 10gram~50gram.

1.This item of spout cap is specifically tailored for personal care and cosmetic products, such as skin moisturizers, eye and face makeup, hand serums, and essential oils etc.

2.This spout and cap can be only supplied a pre-tightened state, meaning that the spout and cap is pre-tightened together by the automatic capping machine.

3.When using, the consumer can rotate it backwards (breaking the anti-tampering ring) and open the cap, dispensing these products as needed from the 1.3mm spout orifice by squeezing the pouch body. When not in use, twist the cap tightly to close.

4.The spout and caps are generally made of modified PE (polyethylene) to against acid and alkali. If the product's acidity or alkalinity is high, the spout and cap need to be made of PP(polypropylene) instead.
