Introduction

For the (HL060D), it is widely applied to the personal care/cosmetic products,they are often welded together with four side seal bag or standup bag to form spouted bag with a capacity of 10gram~80gram.

Technical Parameters

1.This item of spout cap is specifically tailored for personal care and cosmetic products, such as skin moisturizers, eye and face makeup, hand serums, and essential oils etc.

2. The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3.When using, the consumer can rotate it backwards (breaking the anti-tampering ring) and open the cap, dispensing these products as needed from the 6mm spout opening by squeezing the pouch body. When not in use, twist the cap tightly to close.

4. When the contents are cosmetic products, the PE is a modified material to against acid and alkali.

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished spouted bag
