Introduction

For the (HL100S), it can be applied to all kind of liquid or semi-liquid products of different industries ,they are often welded together with stand up pouch packaging to form spout pouch packaging with a capacity of 250ml-1000 ml.

1. This item of spout cap is suitable for juice and beverage, food condiment, personal care and hygiene, cosmetics, chemical products, detergent and home care products etc liquid or semi-liquid products.

2. The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3. If the contents are low-flow products (such as food condiments), consumers need to squeeze the pouch to pour them out from the spout; if the contents are high-flow products (such as juice or jelly drinks), consumers need to squeeze the pouch and suck them out from the spout.

4. When the contents are cosmetic products/personal care and hygiene products/chemical products/detergent and home care products, the PE is a modified material; when the contents are food and beverage products, the PE is a material that can withstand hot filling at 100 degrees Celsius and pasteurization at 90 degrees Celsius;when the contents are food need to withstand retort at 121 degrees Celsius,the PP instead of PE.

5. Since the caps of doypack spout and cap for spout pouch (HL100S)/squeeze pouch lids with standing pouch spout (HL100S-A)/food pouch packaging spout and baby food pouches caps (HL100Z) share a mold, their caps are interchangeable.

How can the retorted spout and cap (HL100S) be assembled into a spout pouch packaging?

Method 1: Weld to a stand up pouch packaging and assemble into a pre-made spout pouch packaging(spout and cap can be at a separated state).

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished spout pouch packaging(spout and cap can be only at a pre-tightened state).
