Introduction

For the (HL100S-A), it can be applied to all kind of liquid food beverage with granules ,they are often welded together with doypack packaging to form spouted pouches packaging with a capacity of 150-300 gram.

1.This item of spout and caps are custom-made for products like liquid food beverage with granules, such as jelly drink with fruit granule, liquid milk with red beans etc.

2.The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3.When using, the user can suck the liquid from the spout tube, and the granules is drawn in through the dispensing slot between the spout tube and spout neck.

4.When the contents are high acidic or alkaline food beverage products, the PE is a modified material; when the contents are pasteurized fruit juice products, the PE is a material that can withstand hot filling at 100 degrees Celsius.

5. Since the caps of squeeze pouch lids with standing pouch spout (HL100S-A)/doypack spout and cap for spout pouch (HL100S)/food pouch packaging spout and baby food pouches caps (HL100Z) share a mold, their caps are interchangeable.

Method 1: Weld to a doypack packaging and assemble into a pre-made spouted pouches packaging(spout and cap can be at a separated or pre-tightened state).

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished spouted pouches packaging(spout and cap can be only at a pre-tightened state).
