Introduction

For the (HL100Z), it can be applied to liquid baby food/PET products, they are matching our choke-proof cap type-D, and often welded together with stand pouch packaging to form spouted pouch packaging with a capacity of 250gram-500 gram.

1.These spout and caps are custom-made for products like babies food and pet food, such as baby fruit puree, children yogurt, and other baby/children's foods, as well as pet meat puree and other pet foods.

2.The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3.To use, squeeze the main body of the packaging bag to suck/pour/dispense these product from the 10 mm spout opening; when not in use, tighten the choke-proof cap.

4. This item of choke-proof cap type-D can be freely combined with the spout of squeeze pouch lids with standing pouch spout (HL100S-A)/doypack spout and cap for spout pouch (HL100S).

How can the yogurt pouch fitment (HL100Z) be assembled into a spouted pouch packaging?

Method 1: Weld to a stand pouch packaging and assemble into a pre-made spouted pouch packaging(spout and cap can be at a separated or pre-tightened state).

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished spouted pouch packaging(spout and cap can be only at a pre-tightened state).
