Introduction

For the (HL080D), it is widely applied to the food condiment(such as: peanut butter, pizza sauce) and beverage(such as: flavoured milk, pasteurized fruit juice),they are often welded together with four side seal pouches or stand up packaging pouches to form spout pouch bag with a capacity of 50gram-150 gram.

1.This item of spout cap is suitable for food condiment and beverage products, such as food condiment like chocolate sauce, peanut butter, pizza sauce etc, and food and beverage products like flavoured milk, pasteurized fruit juice, sucked jelly and etc.

2.The spout and cap can be supplied either separated or pre-tightened, depending on the type of packaging machine used by the customer.

3.If the contents are low-flow products (such as food condiments), consumers need to squeeze the pouch to pour them out from the spout; if the contents are high-flow products (such as juice or jelly drinks), consumers need to squeeze the pouch and suck them out from the spout.

4.When the contents are food condiment products, the PE is a modified material; when the contents are beverage products, the PE is a material that can withstand hot filling at 100 degrees Celsius.

5.While this spout and cap can withstand hot filling at 100 degrees Celsius, it cannot withstand pasteurization at 90 degrees Celsius.

How can the pasteurized juice beverage spout cap (HL080D) be assembled into a spout pouch bag?

Method 1: Weld to a flexible packaging pouch and assemble into a pre-made spout pouch bag

Method 2: Use “rollstock + form/fill/seal machine for spouted pouches + automatic welding of the spout and cap” to assemble finished spout pouch bag
